This album retraces ten years of practice by the contemporary mixed choir of sighted and blind people founded by Natacha Muslera, which explores compositional modes distanced from the visual field, drawing inspiration from ecosystems and biotopes and blending ancestral and experimental vocal practices.
Chœur tac-til is an ensemble of nine voices, both sighted and blind (Alex Quérel, Chérifa Harzallah, Franck Omer, Mélodie Duchesne, François Parra, Mafalda Da Camara, Angélique Huguenin, Natacha Muslera, Bruno Raby), founded in 2012 by Natacha Muslera, vocalist, improviser, composer and researcher. Over the years, various musicians have been invited to join the choir:
Lionel Marchetti (electronics),
Aude Romary (cello),
Michel Doneda (soprano saxophone),
Jean-Luc Guionnet,
Éric la Casa.
