Tireless tinkerers, manipulators of analog and digital tools and as comfortable in public as in the studio, Olivier Labbé and Emmanuel Lalande are two musicians from the PiedNu collective based in Le Havre. These studies confront real spaces captured in the field and others reconstructed in the studio, and the materials used to make these spaces sound are as much from on-site recordings as from bits and pieces (other spaces and DIY electronics).
