An invitation from
Marie de Brugerolle to four artists of different styles, backgrounds and nationalities—Mads Lindberg, Kirsten Mosher,
Martin Vongrej and Anna Wittenberg—to reaffirm the roundness of words and the world.
On the occasion of the group exhibition
Word is round at FRAC des Pays de la Loire, curator Marie de Brugerolle invited four artists in residence with diverse backgrounds and practices—Mads Lindberg, Kirsten Mosher, Martin Vongrej, and Anna Wittenberg—to forge connections with works from the collection by
Marie Bourget, Jordan Derrien, and Lili Dujourie.
The exhibition, conceived as a choreography, brings together singular works that resonate with each other in an open and circular dialogue and exchange.
Thanks to Marie de Brugerolle's essay, this illustrated catalogue extends the polyphonic atmosphere of the exhibition, inviting the reader to rethink the world as a polysphere.
