Exposition de photographie

Nassim Daghighian - Exposition de photographie
An analysis of the different exhibition forms in contemporary photography.
What is the relationship between exhibitions and photography? Does the exhibition space enhance the malleability of photography and its fluidity within digital media? Does it allow artists to develop experimentation? How do they collaborate with curators? Is the public invited to participate in an original experience? This book sets out to address some of the many questions associated with contemporary photography exhibitions, seen as a means of enriching the experience of art.
An art historian specialising in photography and an art critic, Nassim Daghighian teaches at the Vevey School of Photography. In 2011, she founded Photo-Theoria, a platform dedicated to contemporary photography (www.phototheoria.ch).
