Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Étienne 2025Ressource(s), présager demain

 - Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Étienne 2025
Designers and researchers question the notion of resources (being material, human or intellectual) and our everyday habits to explore the ways in which design can respond to contemporary issues by rethinking production, consumption and innovation (the catalogue of the 13th Saint-Étienne International Design Biennial).
Immersed in this fluctuating era marked by the announced depletion of certain resources, the palpable reality of climate change and the questioning of certain modern certainties, designers feel "uneasy". In this context, it becomes vital for them to re-examine their practice and their means of action. How do designers think about the transformation of tomorrow knowing that we will not inhabit the world in the same way?
