Hugo Pernet (born 1983 in Paris) is a French artist and poet living in Dijon. His works have been exhibited in many institutions such as the
Mamco (Geneva), the
Palais de Tokyo (Paris), the Museum of Modern Art of the city of Paris, the Villa Medici (Rome), the Museum of Contemporary Art of Lyon, the FRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine MECA (Bordeaux), the FRAC Bourgogne (Dijon), the FRAC-Artothèque Nouvelle-Aquitaine (Limoges), the Hunter College Gallery (New York)... His works are present in several public collections (CNAP, FRAC-Artothèque Nouvelle-Aquitaine, FRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine MECA, FRAC Bourgogne, Musée d'art contemporain de Lyon). He has published several poetry books with Fissile, Série discrète and Vanloo editions, as well as critical texts for exhibitions, catalogs and reviews (
