For more than twenty years, the work of Alexandre Périgot (born 1959 in Paris, lives and works in Bastia and Paris) has been investigating the mechanisms of starification and spectacularization. His installations often feature
performance acts, and are inspired by
cinema,
architecture, performing arts,
sports, video games or the
media.
He participated in the 2003 Venice Biennale, 2008 Istanbul Biennale, 2010 Belleville Biennale and the 2013 Lodz Biennale. His projects
