A collaborative artist's book with Véronique Verstraete and eight associated authors.
Quand je suis occupée, ça va (When I'm busy, I'm fine) is at once an artist's word, the story of a practice, the testimony of an immersion in contemporary art and an analytical approach. The book traces singularly Veronique Verstraete's different axes of research, in collaboration with other authors. This approach is closely linked with the constant relationship to the Other which is present in the works, often with a practical use, of the artist. The interventions of the eight partners authors (critics, philosophers, architects... ) allow to bac up and complete Veronique Verstraete's approach. Designed as an artist's book, of trapezoidal shape, Quand je suis occupée, ça va, is a publication balanced between tale, testimony and theory.
