“Open Sky Museum” is an artistic proposal to “face up to the works” in an open air museum, out of the city. The works are given up to the spectators' gaze, without mediation, conservation or caretaking, at the mercy of time and weather.This catalog recount, backwards, the museum's history, from its conception until its destruction by a storm in December 2013. It contains many photographs, testimonies of guest artists, plans of the museum, emails exchanges...
Published as part of the eponymous project conceived by by Eden Morfaux, guest artist of the research group “
+ de Realite”, of the Nantes art school.
