Élisa Larvego

 
Élisa Larvego (born 1984 in Geneva) is a Franco-Swiss photographer based in Geneva. With an approach that is both anthropological and poetic, she develops her interest in the link between individuals and their territory, and observes social and environmental issues.
Élisa Larvego studied at the Ecole d'arts appliqués in Vevey, then at the Haute école d'art et de design in Geneva. Her work has appeared in numerous publications, and has been exhibited in various institutions, including the Centre photographique d'Ile-de-France (Pontault-Combault), Rencontres d'Arles, Galerie Air de Paris (Paris), Le Printemps de septembre festival (Toulouse), Musée de l'Elysée (Lausanne), Centre de la photographie de Genève (Geneva), Graves Gallery (Sheffield), Centre d'art KINDL (Berlin), Fondation Aperture (New York) and Centro Nacional de las artes (Mexico).
