Ordinary BeautyAn Italian Scenario

 - Ordinary Beauty
Rehabilitating the concept of the ordinary in Italian architecture: a journey across an imaginary landscape composed of examples of ordinary beauty, accompanied by reflections by scholars and professionals.
Ordinary Beauty, by combining two words with apparently antithetical values, aims to highlight a generation of Italian architects who day by day dismantles the wall built between "ordinary" and "beauty", "construction" and "architecture". Starting from people and life, they reclaimed the concept of ordinary, elevating it to a regular practice of architectural quality, first envisioning a new way of living and then the container for that new life. A generation that has recognised the responsibility of restoring beauty to ordinary matters because ordinary architecture can reveal the invisible power of beauty.
