Muriel Pic

 
Muriel Pic (born 1974 in Nice) is a doctor of the EHESS and an associate researcher at the Institute of Humanities in Medicine of the University of Lausanne. She is the author of some twenty works that study the relationship between literature and documentary forms, around P. J. Jouve, W. G. Sebald, G. Bataille, W. H. F. Talbot, W. Benjamin, H. Michaux. Muriel Pic is a writer, collagist and video artist. Her literary writing interacts with her scientific work in the passage from one form to another and with a common denominator: the archive, the document, the factual.
