Thomas Schlesser

 
Art historian, writer, journalist, teacher, curator, Thomas Schlesser (born 1977 in Paris) is the director of the Fondation Hartung-Bergman. He has written extensively on the relationship between aesthetics (visual arts, literature, mass culture, etc.) and politics. He has published several works on Gustave Courbet. His first novel, Les Yeux de Mona (2024), was an international literary phenomenon.
